Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
