Amazing $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy

After a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection has returned with an encore available through early December. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package is valued at over $1,300. Additionally, there exist multiple package options available here.

Primary Feature

The standout feature is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade cartography program which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Bundle Tiers

Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the annual collection from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, cities, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
